Just place the bowl in plain view on your kitchen counter-top or table. When you feel like snacking it’s easy to grab a piece of fruit, a few sweet peppers, or a handful of cherry tomatoes.

Always remember that it is essential to get a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet. And get as many different colors as possible.
